Our traditional aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar is imported from Modena, Italy. It has a smooth, rich flavor and is a natural partner to any of our extra virgin olive oils or infused oils. Combined with our Rosemary Olive Oil, it’s delicious for dipping bread and, when used in marinades before grilling, it will intensify the flavor of meats.
