Balsamic Vinegars

Each year we sample and select balsamic vinegars most suited to complement our olive oils. This year we have chosen to stay with two of our customer favorites‚ Elderberry and D’Anjou pear. In addition, we have selected a cranberry balsamic for the holidays. We will add other flavors from time to time based on the highest quality fruit available. Pair them with our extra virgin olive oils for delicious vinaigrettes, add them to sauces and marinades, or simply drizzle them over your favorite fruit or cheese.

    This vibrant Cranberry Balsamic Vinegar is a blend of imported white balsamic and the tangy taste of cranberries. The result is a complex sweetness and intense berry flavor. It's a delightful flavor to add to meats such as pork or turkey, or drizzle over cheeses or fresh berries. Blended with our Blood Orange Olive Oil, it becomes a refreshing vinaigrette.

    This richly flavored Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar begins with an imported white balsamic infused with juicy sweet elderberries to create a rich fruity flavor. Simply drizzle over ice cream or sweet desserts, fruits and cheeses!  It’s also wonderful paired with our Meyer Lemon Olive Oil as a vinaigrette or marinade.

    The natural sweet aroma of this Pear Balsamic Vinegar is the perfect pairing to our Basil Olive Oil for a delightful vinaigrette. Enjoy it over fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, drizzle over warmed brie, use it on fruit salads, or perfect as reduction for chicken or pork.

    Our traditional aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar is imported from Modena, Italy. It has a smooth, rich flavor and is a natural partner to any of our extra virgin olive oils or infused oils. Combined with our Rosemary Olive Oil, it's delicious for dipping bread and, when used in marinades before grilling, it will intensify the flavor of meats.

    When you combine sweet mangoes and spicy sriracha with Italian barrel aged white balsamic, the result is amazing! This fruity, yet spicy mixture is fantastic on fish tacos, Chinese chicken salad, or as an everyday condiment or marinade for almost any dish. Pair it with our Basil Olive Oil or Persian Lime Olive Oil for a spicy vinaigrette.

    This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is blended with real fruit. It combines the best of our flavored balsamics and our aged balsamics. While our standard fig balsamic has always been one of our most popular balsamic vinegars, the new reserve takes it to a whole new level. We have added the complex multifaceted balsamic flavors of our cask aged balsamic to delicious sweet fig flavors. Ideal for use in glazes and a fabulous addition to meat stews, braised shortribs or drizzled on venison.
  • This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is complex, rich and tart. Its depth of flavor comes from the barrel aged balsamic vinegar that is blended with sparkling white French champagne vinegar. We love it in vinaigrette, roasted meats and vegetables, red meat and venison.
