1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup Capay Valley Ranches Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 teaspoon fresh sage, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
1. Beat butter using the paddle attachment until creamy.
2. While butter is beating on medium-high speed, add oil in a thin stream and continue to beat until oil is fully incorporated.
3. Add herbs and salt and beat until fully incorporated.
4. Spread onto breads, toast, crostini or melt and use on vegetables. Store in the refigerator.
